This is our site dedicated to our music.
But , what is Yomi Records all about?

The world of music is flooded. It's drowning in commercialism and the money reigns over the sounds. A stop has been put on every progression resulting in a neverending flow of the same and the same and the same again. We got fukken sick of that.
We are musicians who do progressive music. A big finger to the commercialism because we produce tunes that reflect ourselves and not just another chart.

The aim is the music, not the money. The goal is an audience, not the masses. For the mere fukken fun of it, the beauty and the art of sound. This be Yomi Records.

Ancient Myth of Shinto

"...The next child of the beautiful Izanami was the Kami of Fire, Kagutsuchi. The birth of Kagutsuchi burned Izanami, made her ill and only death awaited her.

She then crept away to the Land of Yomi, her body deformed into the most disgusting and hideous creature imaginable.
Izanagi, who could not bear to live without his love, travelled to Yomi to rescue his wife from Yomotsukami and the Eight Yomotu Ikusa.

Izanami begged Izanagi on her knees not to look at her, but Izanagi ignored her wish and set his eyes upon her. He saw his once so beautiful wife swollen, rotting, formed into the most horrible creature imaginable.
Izanagi cried out in anger to what Yomotsukami did to his love but as he let his anger take the best of him, the Eight Yomotu Ikusa attacked Izanagi and drove him out of Yomi, leaving his love, Izanami, who later became known as Yomotu Ofo Kami...

It is sayd that Izanagi travelled to Ahaji where he dwels for the rest of eternity in silence and concealment..."
