After various single releases on Yomi as Goofy, Nofold now presents his first EP, The Week Off, full of blisfull melodic structures, oldskool urban broken beats and a solid funky groove layed down through four tracks. Though the name indicates a change

14-11-2004 - New Yomi Records Website

From the hands of Vowthorn comes the brand new website as it has slowly taken form over time, space and all such things. Glad to see that Yomi is still rapidly evolving and growing, there was hardly any choice but to grow along with that same time and to a new place. Besides the new website, we are happy to welcome 33 aboard who already has unleashed some of his excellent work through Yomi Records. And that’s exactly the plan for the future.

Also, there’s been a forum for some time and I’d like to invite everyone to drop any thoughts, feedback, questions, threats, ideas and what ever else you may come up with, without hesitation.

Anyway, enjoy your stay. Have a listen and a peek and keep an eye out for forthcoming vibes.

19-09-2004 - BotB live @ Jordy's Funeral

Benefit of the Boomerang conducts his ill willed orchestra of terror in this 13 minute junglistic breakcore manifesto of the dead. Your manual to the next world? Just don't think of Jordy as dead as his soul lives on inside this entity of an evil older than man.

10-09-2004 - Almost cute little repetitive ...

Almost cute little repetitive tracks for the funs of it, one damn long title but an excellent description of both the flow, feel and vibe of this 4 track EP by Fah. Electronic minimalism with a crispy covering and a cold, hard, solid technoish afterbite. Your day was nice 'n quiet until you downloaded this.

28-08-2004 - State of Denial EP

A 3-track manifesto on US politics by Vowthorn, as he lays down his cynism and anger with solid breakbeats, deep basslines, minimal melodic layers and groundshaking atmospheres. To but it bluntly, hard, pounding, deep and straight from the heart.

06-07-2004 - Nightfall EP

Vowthorn survives a digital holocaust and emerges from the dark depths of a harddisc crash to bring us this perspective on humanity. End the year in style, that was the main thought behind the compilation when it was given form by the seven artists who joined together on this disc.
